Healthy Shamrock Shake
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup plant-based milk of choice
- 1 frozen banana
- cacao nibs or Lily’s chocolate chips, as desired
- 1/8 tsp to 1/4 tsp pure peppermint extract
- 1 scoop of whey protein powder
- 1/4 cup frozen spinach
- 1/8 tsp salt to bring out the flavor
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a blender, except the cacao nibs or chocolate chips.
- Add 1 cup of ice cubes to blender.
- Blend until desired consistency.
- Once blended, add cacao nibs or chocolate chips and mike them into shake.
