DIRECTIONS

Preheat an air fryer at 350 degrees for 5 minutes

Add all burger ingredients (besides the ground turkey) to a large bowl and mix to combine.

Fold in the ground turkey with hands. Make 4 patties.

Turn the air fryer to 390 degrees. Air fry the turkey burgers for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through. (Burgers can also be made on a grill or in a frying pan.)

Whisk together all the Caesar Aioli ingredients in a clean bowl. Set aside.

Assemble the burger bowl starting with the butter lettuce in a layer on the bottom.

Remove the burgers from the air fryer and place one in each bowl over the lettuce.

After all the burger bowl ingredients are arranged in the bowls, layer each bowl with a generous drizzle of Caesar Aioli.
