Cran-Rosemary and Cloves Mocktail
INGREDIENTS
Rosemary Simple Syrup
4 cups water
1/4 cup stevia
2, .5 oz. packages of fresh rosemary
4-5 whole cloves (or 2 tsp ground cloves)
Merry Mocktail
2-3 ounces rosemary simple syrup
2-3 ounces diet cranbery juice
2-3 ounces of club soda or other low calorie soda, such as Poppi Lemon Lime

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the water, stevia, rosemary and cloves in a saucepan over mdium heat. Bring to a low boil and let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Pour through a fine mesh strainer and remove the rosemary and cloves.
Transfer to a glass jar and store in the fridge for a minumum of 24 hours.
Pour your desired ratios of rosemary simple syrup, diet cranberry juice, and club soda over ice in a glass.
Garnish with a few fresh raspberries and rosemary sprigs.
