Hi, I’m Raechel, a certified nutritionist and health coach at Cōpare. Over the past couple of years people have been talking about the Dad Bod, a term used to describe a slightly overweight man.  The premise behind the Dad Bod is that a man’s self-image shouldn’t be defined by how “ripped” he is and that regular improvement is far better than perfection. While a positive self-image is important, just remember that having a Dad Bod doesn’t mean you’re excluded from making healthy choices.  Instead of seeking perfection in your appearance and lifestyle, embrace how you look and focus on changing your unhealthy practices little by little.
