Tuna Tostadas with Watermelon Radish, Jalapenos & Avocado
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of tuna
- 2 Tbsp. mayo (Primal Kitchen)
- 2 Tbsp. pickled red onion
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 avocado, cubed
- 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
- 1 watermelon radish, thinly sliced
- cilantro and micro greens for garnish
- lime wedges for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
This recipe is super simple!
- Get a small bowl and mix the tuna, mayo, pickled onion, salt and pepper until combined.
- Fold in the cubed avocado.
- Arrange the sliced watermelon radish on a plate and top with a big spoonful of the tuna salad.
- Garnish with fresh jalapeno, cilantro, limes and ENJOY!
