Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 4 filets halibut
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- 1 cup bone broth
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbs ginger, grated
- 1 tbs red Thai chili paste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 shallots or 1/2 cup onions
- 1 tbs coconut aminos
- 1/2 lime
Directions:
- Sauté onions until translucent
- add garlic, ginger, chili paste
- When fragrant add coconut milk, coconut aminos and bone broth
- Add halibut to pan, using a spoon cover the halibut with the sauce. Cover the pan with a lip and cook for 6-7 minutes.
- Add lime juice and serve!
