Juicy Pulled Pork 5 Step Recipe

Game Day Pulled Pork

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 3 lbs cubed pork shoulder
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Walden Farms pancake syrup

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees fahrenheit
  2. Cut pork shoulder into cubes and put into a large mixing bowl
  3. Mix all spices and pancake syrup in a separate bowl, pour over pork
  4. If desired, marinate 2 – 4 hours
  5. Remove from oven, pork should be fork tender and easy to shred. Enjoy!

* Alternatively, you may combine all ingredients and cook in a slow cooker on the high setting for 4 hours, or low setting for 8 hours
