Ingredients:
1 cup
Asparagus, chopped
¾ cup
Mushrooms, sliced
¼ cup Red onion
1 sprigs Fresh rosemary, minced
1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Pinch Sea salt and pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450*
In A large bowl, combine all vegetables, drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt and pepper.
Spread, into a single layer onto cookie sheet.
Roast until asparagus is tender, about 15-20 minutes.
