Cauliflower Buffalo Wings
INGREDIENTS

- 16 ounces cauliflower florets
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon salt more to taste
- ¼ teaspoon pepper more to taste
- 1/2 cup Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce
- Option* A few dashes of Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
DIRECTIONS

Add cauliflower to a large bowl. Drizzle with avocado oil and season with salt and pepper.

Air fryer ½ of the cauliflower at 380F for 10-15 minutes, shaking basket halfway.

While cauliflower is cooking, mix buffalo sauce with hot sauce (If using) and set aside.

Once all cauliflower is cooked, toss with sauce and serve hot.
