Red, White, & Blue Greek Yogurt Parfait

 INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 Cups Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries

  • 1/2 Cup Strawberries, Diced

  • 1/2 Cup Cherries, Pitted and Diced

  • 1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds

  • 1/4 Cup of Pecans

 DIRECTIONS

1. Take 2 mason jars and put 1/4 cup of Plain Greek Yogurt in the bottom of each.

2. Add 1/4 cup of blueberries to each jar over the yogurt layer.

3. Layer the remaining ingredients in this order. Chia seeds, 1/4 cup of  yogurt, strawberries, pecans, 14 cup of yogurt, cherries.
