Healthy Shamrock Shake

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup plant-based milk of choice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • cacao nibs or Lily’s chocolate chips, as desired
  • 1/8 tsp to 1/4 tsp pure peppermint extract
  • 1 scoop of whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/8 tsp salt to bring out the flavor

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, except the cacao nibs or chocolate chips. 
  2. Add 1 cup of ice cubes to blender.
  3. Blend until desired consistency.
  4. Once blended, add cacao nibs or chocolate chips and mike them into shake.
