Ingredients:
For Salad:
- ¼ cup Broccoli florets
 - ¼ Red bell peppers, julienned
 - 1/8 cup Sliced red onion
 - 3 cups Fresh spinach
 
For Dressing:
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
 - ½ tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
 - 1 teaspoon Yellow mustard
 - 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
 - Pinch Sea salt and pepper
 
Directions:
- Take your broccoli florets, and lightly steam in the microwave for 1- 2 minutes. Once done, set aside
 - Place spinach in a medium sized bowl, drizzle with half of the dressing.
 - Add broccoli, red bell pepper and onion. Stir and drizzle rest of the dressing.
