Spinach Wrap
Ingredients

2 cups spinach

4 eggs (can also use egg whites)

Seasonings of choice
Instructions

Add spinach and eggs to blender and blend until fully combined.

Spray a large pan with avocado oil Cook wraps like crepes, for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Once cooked, cool completely. Assemble wrap, adding deli meat, veggies and condiments.
