Spinach Wrap


  • 2 cups spinach

  • 4 eggs (can also use egg whites)

  • Seasonings of choice


  1. Add spinach and eggs to blender and blend until fully combined.

  2. Spray a large pan with avocado oil  Cook wraps like crepes, for 2-3 minutes on each side.

  3. Once cooked, cool completely. Assemble wrap, adding deli meat, veggies and condiments.

  4. Enjoy!
