Thai Halibut - Copare

Thai Halibut

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 filets halibut
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • 1 cup bone broth
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbs ginger, grated
  • 1 tbs red Thai chili paste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 shallots or 1/2 cup onions
  • 1 tbs coconut aminos
  • 1/2 lime

Directions:

  1. Sauté onions until translucent
  2. add garlic, ginger, chili paste
  3. When fragrant add coconut milk, coconut aminos and bone broth
  4. Add halibut to pan, using a spoon cover the halibut with the sauce. Cover the pan with a lip and cook for 6-7 minutes.
  5. Add lime juice and serve!
