Tuna Tostadas with Watermelon Radish, Jalapenos & Avocado

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 2 Tbsp. mayo (Primal Kitchen)
  • 2 Tbsp. pickled red onion
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 avocado, cubed
  • 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
  • 1 watermelon radish, thinly sliced
  • cilantro and micro greens for garnish
  • lime wedges for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

This recipe is super simple!

  1. Get a small bowl and mix the tuna, mayo, pickled onion, salt and pepper until combined.
  2. Fold in the cubed avocado.
  3. Arrange the sliced watermelon radish on a plate and top with a big spoonful of the tuna salad.
  4. Garnish with fresh jalapeno, cilantro, limes and ENJOY!
