Whether we design your program using your own whole foods, our Cōpare foods or a combination of the two, we’ll help you find the proper balance of macronutrients to promote healthy weight loss specifically from body fat. While everyone’s program is customized, for most people, reducing processed carbohydrates and increasing protein will lead to reduced inflammation, balanced hormones, stronger immunity, and improved overall health and wellness. 

Whether you have dietary restrictions, food preferences, or you’re trying to manage/prevent health conditions like Type 2 diabetes, we have the expertise to personalize your program to meet your individual needs. Proper nutrition along with lifestyle changes will enable you to achieve total wellness.


Macronutrition refers to the balance of proteins, healthy fats, and carbohydrates, the primary components of a healthy diet.

Protein is the building block of cell and muscle structure and also helps support a healthy immune system. Protein can be found in seafood, eggs, meat, tofu, and some dairy. Additional plant-based sources of protein include almonds, lentils, quinoa and chickpeas.

Healthy fats are fundamental to brain development, have the highest caloric count per gram, and help with satiety. Healthy sources of fat include whole eggs, avocados, olive oil, nuts and seeds. 


Unprocessed carbohydrates from fruits, veggies, legumes, and whole grains are the body and brain’s primary source of energy.
