Weekly Coaching
Communication, collaboration, and consistency are critical to your success on our program. Weekly sessions with our coaches also promote accountability.
Weekly coaching sessions begin by discussing your week, the challenges and the accomplishments. We often revisit your “why” for wanting to get healthy, because a sense of purpose can help with overcoming hurdles. From there we’ll talk about the week ahead because preparing and planning both mentally and physically can make all the difference.
Because successful weight loss and good health are a mindset, we want to empower you with the tools to take control of your health. Our coaches will encourage and teach you how to make your healthy self a priority. When you start the program, we ask you to fill out an assessment that determines any psychological barriers that may hinder your progress.
We celebrate your successes and support you during your difficult weeks, because we believe every setback or obstacle is a learning opportunity. If tough love is what you need, we can provide that as well.
