Blistered Shishito Peppers
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- Shishito peppers
- 2 tbs avacado oil (it has a high smoke point!)
- Sea salt
Directions:
- Heat avocado oil on a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the peppers in the oil until bright and blistered.
- Immediately toss with salt and serve hot!
