Ingredients:

  • Shishito peppers
  • 2 tbs avacado oil (it has a high smoke point!)
  • Sea salt

Directions:

  1. Heat avocado oil on a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the peppers in the oil until bright and blistered.
  3. Immediately toss with salt and serve hot!
