One Pan Herbed Chicken Thighs with Asparagus
Pat chicken dry with a paper towel, and salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat 2 TBSP of EVOO in a large pan/skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and herbs to the warmed pan and cook for a minute or so until the garlic is fragrant.
Reduce heat to medium, add chicken to pan, and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side.
Remove the chicken to a platter and add asparagus to the pan.
Squeeze lemon over asparagus and sauté for 3-6 minutes until tender.
Add to the platter with the chicken
Serve immediately and enjoy!
