Stawberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups of ice
  • ¼ cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 5-10 drops of liquid Stevia
  • ½ tsp of psyllium husk (thickener)
  • ½ Tbsp. of coconut Oil
  • ½ cup of frozen strawberries

Toppings

  • 1 tsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 strawberries, halved
  • 1/3 cup of blackberries

Instructions

  • Place ice cubes in a high-powered blender and let sit for about 5 minutes to slightly melt. It will help make it easier to crush.
  • Use the ice crush mode if available and crush the ice.
  • Add the vanilla protein powder, strawberries, psyllium husk, coconut oil, almond milk, and liquid Stevia. Blend until smooth. The mixture should be very thick.
  • Place the mixture in a serving bowl.
  • Decorate the bowl with the toppings.
  • Serve immediately. ENJOY!
