Stawberry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups of ice
- ¼ cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 5-10 drops of liquid Stevia
- ½ tsp of psyllium husk (thickener)
- ½ Tbsp. of coconut Oil
- ½ cup of frozen strawberries
Toppings
- 1 tsp cacao nibs
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 strawberries, halved
- 1/3 cup of blackberries

Instructions
- Place ice cubes in a high-powered blender and let sit for about 5 minutes to slightly melt. It will help make it easier to crush.
- Use the ice crush mode if available and crush the ice.
- Add the vanilla protein powder, strawberries, psyllium husk, coconut oil, almond milk, and liquid Stevia. Blend until smooth. The mixture should be very thick.
- Place the mixture in a serving bowl.
- Decorate the bowl with the toppings.
- Serve immediately. ENJOY!
