Ingredients
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 Tbsp flax meal
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup of ice
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin spice seasoning (no sugar) or cinnamon
