I am so happy with my Copare RX program. Pandemic stress took its toll on me and I started on an antidepressant medication which caused me to gain over 20 pounds in a relatively short period of time. I also learned that I had some hormone imbalances that were making losing weight even more challenging. I am usually a healthy eater and I even started to incorporate more exercise into my routine but the weight was not coming off, which was devastating for me.

I started the Copare RX program which includes the necessary coaching and semaglutide meditation. My health coach in Ashburn provided me with healthy meal plan options. I followed a higher protein program that ensured I did not lose any muscle. The semaglutide helped curb my cravings and helped to keep me satiated. I have lost 15 pounds so far and I am excited to keep going until I get to my goal weight.

I started at Copare 4 years ago. I lost almost 40lbs in 3 months on program food. The staff was incredibly supportive and the food packets are ok. Since then I have maintained my weight WHEN I go to my free grad weigh in on a regular basis. When I don’t go weigh in I return to my old habits and the fat returns. The staff never makes me feel guilty or stupid about not being perfect. When I commit to weigh in I have been able to lose weight by eating healthy food from the grocery store. On one occasion I did one month of program food for a reset. On all occasions the staff at Copare was compassionate but honest about what I needed to do to lose and maintain my weight. It is incredible to me that I can come weigh in and get advice for free, years after my first paid program period. The dedication of the people helping me is the same every time I go. I would recommend that anyone that wants to get healthy visit Copare.

I loved this program I was hesitant at 1st because I am/was a sugar addict. I was always wanting something sweet after I ate or couldn't walk away from the desserts. I no longer have those cravings, it's amazing how my palate has changed. I have not only lost 20 pounds and lots of inches I have gained so much energy and I am so much more active. I owe this all to this program but also to Colleen she is amazingly helpful and very supportive. She would always tell me that she was just a phone call away if I ever needed anything. I look forward to the new adventures in my future because I feel fantastic

I started with Copare in March 2022. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am 67 years old and in good health but wanted to lose about 20 pounds. I go to the gym and walk a lot but never seemed to lose any weight. My coach, Colleen, was so informative and taught me about the proper foods to eat and when to eat them. By July I had lost 21 pounds and feel so much healthier and energetic. I still have monthly chats with Colleen. She’s always there to help and encourage. Don’t be discouraged by the program cost. Think of it as an investment in yourself.
