Mojito Mocktail

Directions:

1. Place your lime wedges and mint leaves in the highball glass, squeeze in some of the juice from the lime wedges before adding them.
2. Muddle together until most of juice has been released from the lime.
3. Add in crushed ice, mix, and top with soda water. Decorate with a straw and a sprig of mint and serve immediately.
